Saltmarsh is currently seeking a -strong Audit Senior Manager -who is a leader and who wants to join a firm that fosters both personal and professional development and supports the drive for advancement. This person could work remote or hybrid in the areas in or around our Pensacola or Tampa, Florida offices.QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to identify complex client issues and recommend creative solutions related to industry standards
• Deliver legendary service by making each interaction with our audit clients stand out
• Must be able to establish -personal and networking relationships with clients, prospects, and referral sources through active involvement in industry, civic, and social clubs
• Monitors budgets, addresses budget variances, reviews work in process, addresses realization issues, and prepares billings -
• Accepts responsibility for personal decisions & outcomes with the proven ability to be self-accountable to commitments
• Share knowledge with others to facilitate skill development and career advancement
• Build -and lead a team -effectively to cultivate an environment of trust, respect, and fairness
• Act as a mentor and/or coach and provide feedback to team members on performance
• Great project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills, ProSystem experience a plus
• 7+ -years' experience with a large local, regional or national public accounting firm
