For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) \n \n \n Basic Qualifications :\n \n \n \n \n \n \n • Must be 21 years of age\n \n \n • Must possess a valid driver’s license\n \n \n • Must be able to operate both standard and automatic transmissions\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Responsibilities :\n \n \n \n \n \n \n • Coordinate traffic flow\n \n \n • Communicate valet procedure, information and directions clearly and effectively with guests.\n \n \n • Understand and respond appropriately to basic customer and team member inquiries.\n \n \n • Monitor illegal parking, and immediately store vehicles.\n \n \n • Interact with guests in a friendly manner\n \n \n • Assist guests with loading and unloading\n \n \n • Collect and secure guest keys\n \n \n • Predict and communicate traffic flow peaks and lot issues\n \n \n • Identify and arrange for extra support for extended wait times.\n \n \n • Accurately tally and split the tip pool\n \n \n • Receive and receipt a variety of valet payments\n \n \n • Accurately reconcile and report daily revenue\n \n \n • Project currency and coin requirements and re-order as necessary.\n \n \n • Operate, park and retrieve all vehicles in a safe manner by obeying all traffic laws, Facility policies, and applicable pedestrian regulations.\n \n \n • Work in an outdoor unprotected environment in all climates for extended periods of time\n \n \n • Keep work area clean of debris.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
