TechnologyThe following are the duties of this position at the full
working level. If this vacancy includes more than one grade and you
are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity
to learn to perform these duties and receive training to help you
grow in this position.With assistance, performs a variety of
critical and sensitive administrative functions essential to the
direction and operation of the function, as well as being
responsible for the planning, developing, managing, and controlling
of various administrative programs necessary for the day to day
operations of the organization.Performs limited trend analysis on
business projects affecting selected programs within the function
in a trainee-capacity and assists in developing and implementing
administrative management policies.Monitors office reporting
requirements and prepares input for confidential status reports or
response materials for the Director with assistance from the
supervisor.Provides support to supervisor, team leader, analysts,
project leaders, project support personnel in the areas of
coordinating the program responsibilities and maintenance of web
site.Maintains and secures protected documents and reports and
assists management with labor-management issues and concerns
through preparation of reports or

200-mile radius of their official assigned post-of-duty (POD) while

employees must meet and sustain IRS telework eligibility
requirements and supervisor's approval to participate in the IRS
Telework Program. As a reminder - If you are selected for a

for business-related travel.QualificationsFederal experience is not
required. The experience may have been gained in the public sector,
private sector or Volunteer Service. One year of experience refers
to full-time work; part-timework is considered on a prorated basis.

worked per week, on your resume.You must meet the following
requirements by the closing date of this announcement:SPECIALIZED
EXPERIENCE: GS-07 LEVEL: GS-07 LEVEL: You must have one year of
specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility
equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service.
Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience that
is related to the work of this position and has provided you with
the competencies required for successful job performance. Examples
of qualifying experience include participating in planning and
coordinating programs, projects or processes which impact
customers; managing administrative assignments; monitoring
activities to ensure timeliness, consistency and completeness;
reviewing responses, reports and memoranda on behalf of the
organization and experience using analytical techniques to perform
routine analyses of data and information to develop conclusions OR
You may substitute education for specialized experience as follows:
Superior Academic Achievement (SAA) - A Bachelors degree, with one
of the following: A GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale for all
completed undergraduate courses or those completed in the last 2
years of study, or a GPA of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale for all
courses in the major field of study or those courses in the major
completed in the last 2 years of study, or rank in the upper one
third of the graduating class in the college, university, or major
subdivision, or membership in a national scholastic honor society
recognized by the Association of College Honor Societies OR At
least one academic year of graduate education in a field of study
that demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to
perform the duties of this position. One year of graduate education
is creditable in accordance with its relationship to a year of
full-time study at the school attended.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
GS-09 LEVEL: You must have one year of specialized experience at a
level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-7 grade
level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this
position includes: Participating in planning and coordinating
programs, projects or processes which impact customers; managing
administrative assignments; monitors activities to ensure
timeliness, consistency and completeness; reviewing responses,
reports and memoranda to develop consolidated responses on behalf
of the organization; experience using analytical techniques to
perform analyses of data and information and to recommend
appropriate courses of action and implementing new procedures using
a knowledge of administrative policy and procedures. OR You may
substitute education for specialized experience as follows:
master's or equivalent graduate degree in a field of study that
demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to
perform the duties of this position. OR Two years of progressively
higher level graduate education leading to a graduate degree in a
field of study that demonstrates the knowledge, skills and
abilities necessary to perform the duties of this position. One
year of graduate education is creditable in accordance with its
relationship to a year of full-time study at the school attended.
OR LLB or JD if related.ORCOMBINATION OF EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
You may qualify by a combination of experience and education.
Options for qualifying based on a combination will be identified in
the online questions.ANDMEET TIME IN GRADE (TIG) REQUIREMENT: For
positions above the GS-05, applicants must meet applicable
time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year (52
weeks) at the next lower grade level is required to meet the
time-in-grade requirements for the grade you are applying
for.ANDTIME AFTER COMPETITIVE APPOINTMENT: By the closing date (or
if this is an open continuous announcement, by the cut-off date)
specified in this job announcement, current civilian employees must
have completed at least 90 days of federal civilian service since
