We're hiring a motivated Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join the Coastal Connection team as a direct support to the team leader, one of the top real estate agents in Baldwin County.



Real Estate experience is a plus but not required. A Real Estate license is a Plus but not required. This position has growth opportunities depending on the strengths of the candidate.



This is a full-time (M-F, 9 am-5 pm), in-office, salaried position with bonus opportunities and 100% company-paid health and dental insurance for the employee.



Evening and weekend work is not required, but is available with additional earning opportunities.

Responsibilities:
--- Act as the primary liaison in communication with team members, clients, and agents
--- Execute client relationship systems according to company standards
--- Manage team leaders' calendars and adhere to scheduled obligations
--- Schedule and track showing appointments and client meetings
--- Take notes in client calls and meetings
--- Manage team leaders' email
--- Assist in the preparation of regular reports
--- Maintain the client management system
--- Book travel arrangements
--- Compile property searches
--- Answer and direct phone calls
--- Oversee scheduling logistics for new properties
--- Oversee office supplies
--- Assist with personal errands of the team leader
--- This person may act as a showing agent if licensed and agreed upon

Qualifications:

--- Great written and verbal skills

--- Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
--- High school diploma or equivalent required
--- Must currently live within 20 miles of Orange Beach, AL
