Job Description Job Description Apartment Maintenance Tech – Hiring Now Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM $21.00/hour Full-Time | Permanent Opportunity We’re hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to handle day-to-day repairs and keep a busy apartment community running right. Looking for someone dependable, hands-on, and ready to work. What you’ll do: Complete maintenance work orders and basic property repairs Perform HVAC service and troubleshooting Order parts and maintain repair inventory Prioritize daily work orders Keep tools and work areas safe and organized What you must have: Minimum 3 years hands-on apartment maintenance experience HVAC certification required Verifiable work history showing reliability and punctuality Valid driver’s license clean MVR Must pass criminal background check Must pass drug screen Strong troubleshooting skills and work ethic Benefits after 90 days: Health insurance Paid holidays PTO 401K with company match Additional benefits This is a solid long-term opportunity for a skilled tech who wants steady hours and good benefits.
