Performing as a member of an installation and/or service team. Responsibilities: Service and repair previously installed Renewal by Andersen products Analyzes customer situations, determine corrective action to be taken and verify the action has fixed the situation as efficiently and cost effective as possible Install window and door replacements Inventory service stock area of warehouse Accurately measure dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors Provide installation solutions that match customer expectations Complete and submit required paperwork Portray a professional image and provide a high level of customer satisfaction Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent At least 2yrs of Construction or Home Improvement Experience At least 2yrs of Customer Service Experience Prior Experience with Servicing and Repairing Previously Installed Windows Prior Experience with Conducting Technical Measures Required for Installation Renewal Window Installation Experience is Strongly Preferred Demonstrated ability to confidently handle confrontation/conflicts using a tactful and diplomatic approach Ability to maintain perspective under demanding conditions Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills; strong listening and empathy skills; organization skills for managing work schedules, job priorities and stock levels Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screening Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record This Company Participates in E-Verify Our Company Culture is one that strives "to provide an exceptional employee experience that leads the way to delighted customers.
