Control Manager Job Description As a Construction Quality Control
Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and
implementing a project-specific quality control program. You will
ensure the performance of this program aligns with contractual
obligations and quality standards. Responsibilities Plan,
coordinate, and implement a project-specific quality control
program. Execute the performance of the quality control program
according to contract specifications. Ensure compliance with
quality control standards and procedures in construction projects.
Coordinate with project teams to identify and address quality
issues. Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with
quality standards. Essential Skills Minimum of five years of
combined experience in the commercial construction industry as a
Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, or Project Engineer.
At least two years of experience specifically as a Quality Control
Manager. Current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate. Level 1 EM
385-1-1, CRP, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications.
Additional Skills & Qualifications RMS/QCS training preferred
(training is available). Specialty inspection training and
licenses/certifications highly desired. LEED AP, AP or Green
Associate (GA) Certificate preferred. Work Environment This
position requires on-site work as a Quality Control Manager,
ensuring compliance and quality in construction projects. Training
for necessary certifications can be provided. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Pensacola, FL. Pay and
Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
