Job Description Job Description Job Description: Rytech Restoration is seeking a dependable Mitigation Helper to assist with water damage mitigation, fire damage cleanup, and mold remediation services. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is hardworking, reliable, and interested in learning the restoration industry. Responsibilities: Assist with water extraction, drying, and demolition Help with fire and smoke damage cleanup Support mold remediation projects following safety protocols Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers) Perform general labor duties including cleaning, lifting, and debris removal Maintain a clean and safe job site Communicate professionally with supervisors and team members Requirements: Clean background check required Clean driving record required Valid drivers license Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor Willingness to work in challenging environments (water, smoke, mold) Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Experience in restoration or construction is a plus, but not required (we will train) Pay & Benefits: Hourly pay: $15$18 per hour, based on experience Opportunity for overtime On-the-job training and advancement opportunities Steady work with a growing restoration company
