02/17/2026 Training Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM CST (Onsite Only)
Work Schedule (Hybrid/Onsite): Between 10:30 AM – 11:00 PM CST
(8.5-hour shifts within a 9.5-hour window) About the Role: We are
seeking dependable and service-driven individuals to join a leading
financial institution as Member Service Representatives (MSRs). As
an MSR, you will play a crucial role in providing empathetic,
professional, and solution-oriented support to members through
inbound calls. You’ll be part of a dynamic team committed to
resolving account-related inquiries quickly and accurately while
delivering exceptional customer service. What You’ll Do: Handle
inbound calls and assist members with account servicing needs
Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve account concerns
Provide exceptional customer service and support Maintain accurate
documentation and follow compliance procedures What We’re Looking
For: Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to
multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
Comfortable using multiple systems and tools to assist members
Reliable and punctual, especially during training Job Type &
Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of
Pensacola, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is
$17.50 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits
and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
