Job Description Job Description TEKsystems is hiring Delinquency
Control Counselors for a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in
Pensacola, FL! Start Date: February 18th, 2026 Description: Join a
fast-paced call center production environment where you’ll use an
auto-dialer to make outbound calls and receive inbound calls. Focus
on early-stage collections (1–30 days past due)—this stage does not
affect a member’s credit score. Goal: Help members resolve
delinquency before moving to mid or late-stage collections. Expect
80–120 calls per day. Emphasis on quality interactions,
problem-solving, and working accounts effectively—not just high
call volume. Responsibilities: Contact delinquent members to cure
delinquency using all available payment options and loss mitigation
tools. Provide financial counseling and offer solutions such as
repayment plans, promises-to-pay, loan modifications, refinances,
and deferral programs. Gather and analyze financial information to
determine the best resolution for members. Document all
interactions, arrangements, and reasons for delinquency in the
collection system. Communicate professionally and empathetically
while overcoming objections. Schedule: Monday–Friday and 3
Saturdays per month Saturday hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST. Rotating
weekday off. Hybrid schedule: 2 days per week onsite (8 days per
month required). Moving to 3 days per week in April 2026. Training:
First 4 weeks: Hybrid, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM CST (8:00
AM – 4:30 PM EST). First 3 days onsite, then 2 days per week onsite
during training. Nesting: Up to 4 weeks onsite for technical
training and phone etiquette, followed by leadership-led skill
development. Weekly reassessments—can exit nesting early based on
performance. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire
position based out of Pensacola, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range
for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements
apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification
