Job Description:

*No Phone Calls* Hiring for full-time CAD Technician for KJM Land Surveying in Pensacola, Florida. Primary role is CAD drafting of various land surveys. Responsible for importing field crew data and notes to provide completed product and includes daily processing of field data, performing deed research and deed plotting, and preparing legal descriptions.Skills/Experience RequirementsPreferred:

• Associates degree in Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) and Design or equivalent is preferred
  • 1 year industry-specific (land surveying) CAD experienceRequired:
    • Minimum 1 year CAD experience
      • Must be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
        • Competence in mathematical application including geometry
          • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize daily workload with minimum supervision
