Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Providing
specialized speech-language services across a diverse K-12
caseload, this full-time role offers an opportunity to support
students from pre-school through high school in Mobile, AL. The
position is contract-based, beginning ASAP and continuing through
the end of the school year, welcoming both part-time and full-time
candidates. Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language pathology
services tailored to students from kindergarten to 12th grade,
encompassing elementary, middle, and high school levels.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to
develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and adjust therapy
approaches to meet student needs effectively. Support language
development, communication skills, and social interaction
capabilities in pediatric populations. Qualifications & Desired
Experience: Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with
pediatric experience. Proven ability to manage a broad K-12
caseload. Experience working with students at various educational
levels, including pre-school and high school. Strong communication
skills and the ability to collaborate with school staff and
families. Flexibility to work within a contract timeframe and adapt
