Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support
elementary students in Allen, TX for the remainder of the current
school year. This school-based role involves working primarily with
a K-5 population, providing evaluations and managing IEP paperwork
to support individualized student goals. The position is contracted
through the school year (CSY) and requires an immediate start
within 1-2 weeks from the job offer. Key Responsibilities: Conduct
speech and language evaluations for elementary students Develop,
implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff during ARD
meetings Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance
with state regulations Provide direct therapy services to students
in the school setting Qualifications and Experience: Active Texas
state license for Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Certification of
Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
Valid fingerprint clearance for working in Texas schools Experience
working in schools or with pediatric populations Familiarity with
ARD meeting processes and IEP development Availability to begin
work immediately for the current school year Location: Elementary
school setting in Allen, Texas Full-time schedule at 37.5 hours per
