Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech Language Pathologist position is available to support K-6
students across multiple schools in the Bay Minette, AL area. This
contract role offers an opportunity to work with diverse age
groups, ranging from preschool through elementary levels, providing
critical speech and language services within an educational
setting. Responsibilities include: Delivering assessment,
intervention, and progress monitoring for students with speech and
language impairments Collaborating with educators, families, and
other professionals to develop Individualized Education Programs
(IEPs) Supporting students in various school environments,
including daycares, preschools, and elementary schools Managing a
caseload primarily focused on PK-6th grade students, with
flexibility to assist other campuses as schedules allow
Qualifications: Valid Professional License or Educator
Certification in Speech Language Pathology Experience working with
children in educational settings preferred Ability to effectively
communicate and collaborate with school staff and families Strong
organizational skills and dedication to student progress Location:
Bay Minette, AL (multiple schools including Spanish Fort area,
Foley Elementary, and Florence B. Mathis Elementary) Additional
details: Full-time position with approximately 35 hours per week
Contract duration through May 20, 2026 Competitive pay based on
