Position Overview: - Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to a diverse elementary caseload of 60–65 students, ranging from general education support to specialized self-contained classrooms. - Maximize student outcomes with a schedule that prioritizes therapy and administrative tasks, remaining free from supplemental school-site responsibilities. - Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with the support of dedicated district-level specialists to ensure compliance and student progress. - Partner with on-site AAC specialists and instructional staff to integrate assistive technology and communication strategies across all learning environments.
