Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school
psychologist position is available in Theodore, AL, supporting
students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This full-time,
onsite contract role offers a dynamic opportunity to work closely
with a diverse student population within a public school district.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and
evaluations for K-12 students Collaborate with educators, parents,
and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
(IEPs) Provide counseling and support services to students facing
academic, social, or emotional challenges Participate in
multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise toward
student development Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance
with school psychology regulations and district policies
Qualifications and Experience: Active Alabama school psychology
license is required Experience working with K-12 students in a
school setting preferred Strong assessment, intervention, and
consultation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a
multidisciplinary team Effective communication and collaboration
skills Additional Details: Position duration: March 23, 2025 to May
29, 2026 Hours: 37.5 hours per week Location: Theodore, AL, onsite
Caseload and number of schools assigned to be determined; itinerant
assignments possible Credentialing and licensing verification
