requiring expertise in the SIP protocol, and hands-on experience in
networking, building, testing, implementation, and support.
Experience with these technologies: Oracle Session Border
Controllers (SBC), Microsoft Teams, Cloud Voice, or Cisco Unified
Communications Manager (CUCM). To provide technical direction and
engineering support for projects and infrastructure. Develop and
maintain advanced functional knowledge of evolving network
engineering industry technologies/competition, concepts, and
trends.Responsibilities--- Full life-cycle project management o
Establish and lead project teams o Develop project
plan/scope/schedule/cost/communications o Procure and/or manage
resources/timelines/deadlines/quality o Risk, Issue and Change
management o Ensure successful project implementation o Scope of
responsibility--- Lead integration of product technologies with
respect to Microsoft M365 and/or other Collaboration tool suites---
Responsible for systems analysis, design, development, integration,
enhancement, and deployment as well as application support for
various applications--- Partner with Enterprise Architects to
determine and define the technical architecture required to
implement and support the Service Assist in leading--- Build and
maintain relationships with team members, management, key
stakeholders and/or external contacts (vendors, etc.)--- Ensures
compliance with Navy Federal's ISD standards, practices, and
processes--- Lead the deployment of new modules, upgrades, and
fixes--- Provide input and make budgetary recommendations regarding
staffing and equipment--- Apply engineering principles into the
design and enhancement of new and existing systems--- Document new
system components, or modifications to existing components---
Ensure the security and integrity of system and product solutions
including compliance with Navy Federal, industry engineering and
Information Security principles and practices--- Perform
engineering tasks and assignments in support of business needs---
Perform engineering technology research, procurement, deployment,
and configuration for new and modified systems--- Provide technical
leadership in the architecture discipline and development of
information technology solutions--- Present clear, organized, and
concise information to all audiences through a variety of media to
enable effective business decisions--- Lead, guide, and mentor less
experienced staff--- Perform other duties as
assignedQualifications--- Microsoft Teams
Administration/Configuration experience--- Significant hands on
experiencing with the SIP protocol and analyzing call flows---
Significant experience with Microsoft M365 and/or other cloud
Collaboration tool suites--- Significant experience with voice
technology and telephony solutions--- Cloud Telephony experience:
Microsoft Teams, Oracle, Cisco, Contact Center, and AT&T
routing of Universal/International Toll-Free routing--- Experience
designing and integrating Teams, Oracle, Cisco, and Cloud Voice
platforms--- Oracle SBC network design, configuration, support, and
maintenance experience--- Log analysis and error resolution---
Ability to read and interpret related system logs, statistics, and
database queries--- Proven skillset in troubleshooting and
resolving issues--- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and research
problems of a complex nature, make reasonable decisions, and
recommend solutions--- Experience with M365 security and
compliance--- M365 Groups Administration/Configuration---
Experience in utilizing/configuring SPF, DKIM, DMARC--- Fundamental
understanding of network and Internet concepts (e.g., firewalls,
load balancers, web browsers, TCP/IP, SSL, HTTP, LDAP etc.)--- High
level of proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell--- Working knowledge
of ADFS, SAML, AD trust, AD permissions and AD delegation---
Microsoft Windows, VM and Linux administration--- Ability to
quickly adapt to changes in process, requirements, goals, and
organizational change--- Requires excellent communication skills,
analytical ability, strong judgment and management skills, and the
ability to work effectively with client and IT management and
staff--- Improves systems by studying current practices, designing
