Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Implementation Engineer
(ITAM) for a remote position in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in all technical aspects of delivering complex customer
solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Advise clients on best practice within the ServiceNow platform to
create lasting value and enhanced experiences
Collaborate effectively with virtual team members to achieve
project goals and produce high-quality deliverables
Required Qualifications:
5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow, specifically IT
Asset Management (ITAM)
Comprehensive understanding of SN Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
and SN Software Asset Management (SAM)
Experience implementing SAM SaaS connections and application
integrations
Experience with complex license metrics/reconciliations and
contract management solutions
Experience in at least one other area of ServiceNow, such as ITSM,
ITOM, or ITBM
