OverviewThis position is for a Senior Network Security Engineer with a concentration on Cisco ISE NAC/Compliance Posture Assessments and Palo Alto GlobalProtect. The right candidate will a self-starter who can serve in a technical lead role, provide technical project management/oversight, and provide hands-on support at an SME level within areas of focus.ResponsibilitiesSystem baseliningSystem requirements gatheringImplementation of Cisco ISE solution for environment supporting over 20k endpointsImplementation of Cisco ISE posture requirements, remediations, policy and client provisioningISE solution upgrades in support of feature enhancementsIn depth troubleshooting of ISE infrastructure as applicableImplementation of Palo Alto GlobalProtect HIPs posturingImplementation of Palo Alto FWaaS and CASBEvaluate technical solutions in response to business challengesSupport development of client deployment strategyProvide thought leadership in support continuous improvementsPresent technical solutions as needed for knowledge sharing and acceptanceProvide project support and status reportingEstablish and maintain system documentationRepresent changes via CAB meetingsPresent new solutions and architectures via ARB meetingsCollaborate with partnering teams in support of solution development and deploymentQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experienceAdvanced hands-on experience and knowledge of Cisco ISESignificant hands-on experience and knowledge of Cisco Catalyst switchesAdvanced hands-on experience and knowledge of Palo Alto GlobalProtect/HIPs posturing and/or VPNAdvanced hands-on experience and knowledge with System design, administration, and securityStrong team player, able to communicate and show leadership amongst teams of similarly knowledgeable specialists and Engineers.Experience supporting technical teams in a lead roleExperience working with Incident, Problem, and Change ManagementDesired QualificationsFamiliarity and/or prior experience working with Cloud environment(s) (e.g. Azure, AWS, or OCI)Active CISSP CertificationActive Certification in Cisco and/or Palo AltoHours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PMLocation: 820 Follin Lane, Vienna, VA 22180 - 5510 Heritage Oaks Drive Pensacola, FL 32526 - 141 Security Drive Winchester, VA 22602 - RemoteAbout UsYou have goals, dreams, hobbies, and things you're passionate aboutwhat's important to you is important to us.
