We focus on quality workmanship, honest service, and taking care of our team. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our crew. Job Responsibilities Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems Perform routine maintenance and system inspections Install HVAC equipment when needed (experience preferred) Clearly explain findings and recommendations to customers Accurately document work performed using company software Maintain a clean, professional service vehicle and job site Follow all safety procedures and company standards Qualifications 2 years of HVAC service experience preferred EPA Certification (required) Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and electrical diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Company vehicle (take-home, if applicable) Company-provided phone and tools Health insurance contribution Paid holidays and time off Steady, year-round work Supportive management and a team that respects your time and skills Schedule Monday–Friday On-call rotation (additional compensation)
