Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial operations, is seeking a Multicraft Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Multicraft Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Multicraft Maintenance Technician Location: Bay Minette, AL Pay Range: $29.73hr - $33.83hr Shift: 2 week rotation (7am-7pm 7pm-7am) What's the Job? Performing preventive maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring wear, measuring positions, repositioning components, and observing operations to determine proper functions Performing emergency/breakdown maintenance as necessary to support plant operations Using multi-meter(s) to test electrical circuits, components, etc., utilizing DC or AC voltage Troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, AC, and DC drive systems to identify faults or failures What's Needed? Minimum of 3 years of relevant maintenance experience in an industrial setting Ability to read and understand electrical block diagrams and wiring schematics Knowledge of conveyor system operations and maintenance Proficiency with a diverse range of hand tools such as grinders, drills, reciprocating saws, etc. What's in it for me?
