Learn more about this agency Responsibilities - You will provide management support to analysts in the area of data collection and analysis. - You will be responsible for collection of aircraft, simulator, manning and training data, and entry into various training databases and workbooks, with specific emphasis on the validity and accuracy of the data. - You will be responsible for extracting production data: flight hours, simulator hours, sorties, manning and aircraft from databases and other management tools as required. - You will assist in developing methods of data collection for special projects and surveys. - You will be responsible for quality assurance functions over accuracy, reasonableness and validity of data entered into the various training systems. - You will maintain liaison with higher and adjacent commands regarding data collection and reporting instructions as well as adherence to the applicable directives and instructions. - You will prepare production reports, charts and graphs, including statistical and narrative data as required. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time. - This position may be subject to overtime/recall to duty during off-duty hours, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing clerical duties to support program analysis that include entering, gathering, editing, and extracting data and information from automated systems and/or databases.
