**Position Overview** Siemens Smart Infrastructure is currently searching for an experienced Branch Manager to lead, manage, and oversee strategy, sales and operational activities for the Pensacola, FL branch. The Branch Manager deploys and motivates staff to achieve sales, installation and/or service delivery activities, and assures that Branch employees appropriately leverage available resources; such as FBA, HR, Legal, Procurement, EHS, and Field Operations Standards / Sales Standards / Business Excellence. If so, then wed like to meet you! **Responsibilities** + Collaborates with Zonemanagement regarding branch strategies, plans, performance and otherpertinent conditions + Leads the implementation of theBT strategy in the markets for he/she is responsible + Lead implementation of BusinessTarget Agreements at the branch level + Employs a balanced scorecardapproach with equal emphasis on employee engagement, customer satisfactionand loyalty and shareholder commitments + Routinely provides accurateorders, revenue and profit forecasts, delivers to annual budgetrequirements, oversees cost control, asset management as well as otherfinancial deliverables + Manage workforce utilizationplanning for sales, service operations and support functions to ensureeffective staffing for current and future business needs + Develops and maintains personalcontact with new and current major customers to maximize opportunities andensure customer satisfaction and provide support for current and futureprojects or service contracts + Foster profitable growth throughdefinition and implementation of team-selling strategies that expand BTbusiness with existing customers and/or penetrate new accounts + Responsible for branch employeeengagement, safety and retention activities + Ensures all managers andsupervisors foster career development for themselves and their employees + Responsible for developingbranch employee commitment to customer satisfaction and promoting positiveemployer branding and the reputation of Siemens + Ensures compliance with allfederal and local rules and regulations applicable to the geographic areaas well as all company policies and procedures. Support complianceprotocol under the BT Compliance Officer + Acts as a company representativeand liaison to customers and local authorities to capitalize on localmarket opportunities + Represents Siemens BT tocustomers, in the communities we do business and with thought leaders andmarket influencers in this region + The Branch Manager may work withother Divisions in order to provide comprehensive customer solutionsacross Siemens products and services + Directs the implementation ofBranch sales and operations solutions and services programs, WorkflowStandards, Quality and Productivity, Safety programs, best practices andother initiatives. **Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, andExperience** + Bachelors degree inEngineering, Business Administration, Marketing or other related field, orequivalent work experience + 7+ years in building automation,fire, or security sales management and operations management withdemonstrated ability to lead, motivate and direct personnel towardachievement of a common goal + An experienced P & L managerwith demonstrated results in delivering performance to budget + A manager with skills,knowledge, and experience, in Operations and Sales, Solutions and Serviceas well as Energy services + Qualified Applicants must be legallyauthorized for employment in the United States.
