Responsibilities Manage market clinical professional development teams to implement and evaluate multi-faceted competency-based programs and align performance, delivery, and program operations. Manage the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical learning delivery, programs, and performance processes that support core clinical competency across the market. Manage a team of subject matter experts focused on clinical professional development competency design and delivery to meet organization goals through national and regional competency alignment and clinical program delivery. Monitor programs, budget alignment and compliance, financial targets, expenditures, and associate performance. Manage the delivery of learning programs to meet nursing, allied health, and pharmacy education competency standards. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Professional Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained within 18 Months (1 1/2 year) of hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience required. 1 year of leadership or management experience required.
