Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Planning Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide transparency to customer distribution, volume, promotional
plans, and trade investments
Lead the evolution and optimization of customer planning business
processes/systems
Train users to adopt and leverage PlanEx and its reporting
capabilities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 years of experience in sales,
analytics, trade, marketing, forecasting, or related field
preferred
2+ years of experience in managing, mentoring, retaining, and
developing talent
Experience in CPG industry with a specific emphasis on Planning or
Supply Chain functions preferred
Ability to work across multiple data sources and influence decision
making
Proficient with basic computer hardware and software (Word, Excel,
and PowerPoint)
