A company is looking for a Lead Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop customer cancel and retention marketing strategies
Create tactical plans for retention and customer experience
marketing initiatives
Monitor customer, network, and product retention data to inform
marketing tactics
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
6+ years of experience or 4+ years with a Master's degree
Experience analyzing data to drive business decisions
Experience managing and directing marketing budgets
Experience in consumer service marketing, retention, and NPS
preferred
