Job Description:
A company is looking for a Web3 Growth Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead global demand generation programs, collaborating with
stakeholders and updating on initiatives and outcomes
Standardize growth marketing methodologies across various clients
by collaborating with the Client Services team and Director of
Growth
Design and implement growth campaigns aligned with client-specific
OKRs, while actively relaying performance metrics and obstacles to
clients and internal team members
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in growth or marketing analytics
Proven track record executing successful growth deliverables for
various audiences
Heavy experience with growth and analytics tools such as Google
Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Segment, and more
Managed programmatic ad campaigns to client OKRs
Experience with blockchain/Web3 or fintech is preferred
