Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Manager, Customer
Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for release planning, product roadmap definition, and
ensuring proper delivery of customer facing solutions
Interact directly with functional team, development team, and
project management office to ensure product releases are delivered
according to plan
Represent customer solution channel leads in cross-team meetings,
report on status, issues, and enhancement projects
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of six years IT and/or related business experience
Understanding of business process modeling, system development
lifecycle planning, web development, and configuration of SAP
CRM/ECC
B.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Strong understanding of SAP architecture and capabilities
Thorough knowledge and understanding of business principles,
processes, and technology
