Job Description:
A company is looking for a R and D Product New Ventures
Strategic Finance VP.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide financial and strategic thought leadership, focusing on
business planning, corporate strategy, and capital allocation
Partner with R&D leadership to analyze and inform strategic
investments in the product roadmap
Drive strategic initiatives through business partnering, analytical
insight, and project management
Required Qualifications:
Able to understand complex business drivers and communicate
insights effectively
Strong executive leadership skills with experience partnering and
presenting at executive management levels
Experience building and leading the FP&A function
15+ years of experience in hyper-growth environments, preferably in
a SAAS company
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related
field; advanced degree preferred
