Description:Job Overview:The Senior Community Director is
responsible for managing the day-to-day financial, administrative,
sales, marketing, and maintenance operations of the community while
ensuring company standards are achieved and excellent customer
service is delivered. The position requires a strong commitment to
meeting service needs, fostering a professional atmosphere, and
upholding company values.Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Team
ManagementDirect supervision of onsite staff and oversight of
either a single property with 500+ units or multiple properties
with 300+ units.Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and supervise team
members to achieve goals and performance standards.Foster an
atmosphere of teamwork, enthusiasm, and professionalism among
staff.Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews,
including disciplinary actions when necessary.Property
OperationsOversee daily activities, including leasing, marketing,
maintenance, and construction projects.Conduct property inspections
with maintenance staff to address safety hazards and other
issues.Approve and supervise all work performed by outside
contractors.Ensure timely completion of preventative maintenance
tasks across all units and facilities.Financial ManagementDevelop
and monitor budgets, maintaining a budget control log.Maximize Net
Operating Income (NOI) through effective cost control and revenue
generation.Collect rents and fees, pursue delinquent balances, and
process evictions as needed.Review financial statements and prepare
monthly progress reports.Marketing and LeasingCreate and implement
monthly marketing plans to maintain budgeted occupancy
levels.Develop resident retention, marketing, and advertising
programs.Show and lease apartments, completing all necessary
applications and documents.Compliance and Record KeepingEnsure
adherence to the Fair Housing Act and all company policies.Maintain
accurate records in property management software (e.g.,
OneSite).Process invoices and ensure timely submission to corporate
as per company standards.Resident RelationsAddress resident issues,
including neighbor disputes, renewals, and maintenance
concerns.Cultivate positive relationships with residents to foster
retention and satisfaction.The job description is not an

notification.Requirements:QualificationsBachelor's degree in a
related field (preferred) or equivalent years of experience.
Minimum of 5-7 years of property management experience.Proficiency
in Yardi or similar property management software.Certified
Apartment Manager (CAM) certification
(preferred).CompetenciesPositive, motivating, and team-oriented
attitude.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.High degree
of professionalism and confidentiality.Detail-oriented with
