Nobody brings this mission to life quite like Huron.Position Summary:Under the supervision of our EA Manager, the Administrative Assistant provides administrative support and assistance to Hurons Healthcare Sales Directors. While fulfilling your day-to-day duties, you will be expected to achieve 90% satisfaction as measured by quarterly support survey evaluating Timeliness, Accuracy, Responsiveness and Attitude. Customer service and effective client management skills will be necessary for success in this role. The ability to interact with internal and external senior executives and other individuals maintaining professionalism and confidentiality on behalf of the supported Key Leaders is essential. Strong oral and written communication skills, analytical skills with the ability to work independently, be self-motivated and manage work are also required.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Schedule all meetings/calls and update calendars to reflect all appointments with efficient allocation to allow mix of travel, meeting, phone & follow-up & planning/strategy time components Book travel reservations (air fare, car rental, hotel accommodations, etc.) within Hurons policy or properly document exceptions as measured by monthly travel audit Travel and expense reimbursement support Manage & schedule 90-day and 180-day meetings with new partners and ensure proper handoff to the Coaching Division within the standard time guidelines Other duties as assignedThis position is an entry level role located in our Pensacola, FL office.Qualifications: Four-year bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience recommended Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Excel Have clear communication skills through various platforms (phone, email, etc.) and able to speak the English language with proficiency Demonstrated written communications skills and the ability to type routine correspondence Detail-oriented, highly organized and can prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines Analytical skills for effectively & efficiently planning calendar, travel & time demands Ability to effectively handle difficult conversations with positive outcomes Ability to sit, type, and view a computer screen up to 8 hours at a timeAbout Huron:At Huron, were redefining what a consulting organization can be.
