Job Description:

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Appeals Technician for a 6-month remote position.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to collect clinical information for Medicare Part D Appeal Requests
Meet production, quality, and success rate standards
Work independently and as a team player to achieve goals

Qualifications:

High school graduate or GED equivalent
2+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
Active State board of Pharmacy Technician Licensure
Medical Terminology knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Tools
