Position Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing to clients in their homes- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed- Administer medications and adhere to proper medication management procedures- Record and report any changes in client's condition to the nurse supervisor- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client, following infection control protocols- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families- Follow the client's individualized care plan, as directed by the nurse supervisor
Qualifications:
- Active and valid CNA certification- Previous experience in a private duty or home care setting preferred- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to think critically and react calmly in emergency situations- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license- Must be available to work weekends
