Baptist Hospital Pensacola: Trauma Center Physician Pay: Group
average $290/hr $40/night shift differential Projected Annual
Patient Volume: 65,000 61 Exam rooms, 3 triage areas 10 floors 264
beds Specialty cardiac care treatment and procedure rooms Level II
Trauma Center Documentation: Allscripts Scribes provided at no cost
to physician Physician Coverage: 45 hours (8, 9, 10 hour shifts)
APC Coverage: 40 hours 98% group retention rate Baptist ER and
Urgent Care at Nine Mile Physician pay: $270 days and $280 nights
SIGN ON BONUS 18 exam rooms Projected volume: 65 patients per day
Physician Coverage: 24 hours (6a-6p-, 6p-6a) APC Coverage: 10 hours
