We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure the health and safety of our employees in these critical environments. As part of our committed healthcare team, the ideal candidate will bring a compassionate approach and clinical expertise to aid in promoting the well-being of our workforce directly contributing to our operational excellence. Perform routine health assessments and provide initial care to employees. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders within the occupational health clinic. Coordinate emergency and routine patient care with local hospitals and specialists. Educate employees on preventive health measures and safety protocols. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records according to compliance with HIPAA regulations. Participate in health and wellness programs and initiatives designed to benefit our employees. Strong clinical skills with proficiency in emergency response and patient care. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and with professionalism. Proficient in the use of medical software for record keeping. Knowledge of workplace health and safety protocols. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current RN license to practice in the state of employment (PA, WV, KY) CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
