Ideal candidate includes physician seeking collaborative team consisting of four physicians and five advanced practice providers. Outpatient-only – no nights or weekend call Guaranteed base salary: $625,000 first two years; Earning potential: $800,000 1-2 Clinic days; 2-3 Scope days per week Efficient ASC and Endoscopy Center Supported by team of Advanced Practice Providers Quality and Service Bonus CME Allowance and 36 days PDO Generous Relocation Allowance Full Health Benefits Retirement Package Solid referral network within Medical Group (70 Primary Care Providers in system) Baptist Medical Group is the employed, multispecialty physician network of Baptist Health Care.
