Required Skills: Valid medical license to practice in Florida Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Proven experience managing labor and delivery cases Strong clinical skills with excellent bedside manner Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team Excellent communication and documentation skills Nice to Have Skills: Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Additional certifications in obstetric emergencies or neonatal care Prior locum or hospitalist experience Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years’ post-residency experience in obstetrics Current BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications Other Requirements: Commitment to travel to the facility starting 12/31/2025 Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed Valid DEA and state licensing as required Ability to provide references upon request Compensation for this role is $195.00 per hour.
