Location: Panama City, Florida Schedule: Full-Time | Mixed 10-Hour
Shifts (7:00 AM–5:30 PM | 8:00 AM–6:30 PM | 9:00 AM–7:30 PM | 10:00
AM–8:30 PM) On-Call: Rotating | 30-Minute Response Time Required
Compensation: $27.72–$39.60/hour (based on experience) Shift
Differential: $2.50/hour after 3:00 PM On-Call Pay: $4.00/hour
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 Relocation Assistance: Available
(case-by-case) Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is
seeking PACU Registered Nurse for an exciting job in Panama City,
Florida. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive post-anesthesia
recovery care for surgical patients Manage airway support and
perform continuous neurological and cardiac monitoring Deliver
initial wound care and promptly address complications or adverse
reactions Collaborate closely with surgical and anesthesia teams to
maintain patient stability Assess, document, and communicate
changes in patient condition throughout recovery Educate patients
and families on post-operative care, medications, and discharge
planning Qualifications Minimum 1 year of recent acute care PACU RN
experience (within the past year) – Required Critical Care
background strongly preferred Active Florida RN license (Compact
license accepted; must obtain FL license within 60 days) ADN or
Diploma in Nursing required (BSN preferred) BLS within 30 days of
hire ACLS and PALS within 60 days of hire For more details contact
