Job Description Fit Recruiting is partnering with a well-established medical practice in Mobile seeking a Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Tech) to join their clinical team. This role is ideal for someone who is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Salary is in the $41K-$52K range, depending on experience, and includes company benefits, PTO, 401(k), and growth opportunities. Requirements: High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred Completion of a Radiologic Sciences program preferred ARRT certification preferred (or relevant experience in lieu of certification) Experience in a high-volume clinical setting is a plus Strong understanding of radiologic procedures and safety standards Comfortable with computers and imaging software Professional, positive, and patient-focused attitude Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations as ordered by physicians Explain procedures clearly and ensure patient comfort throughout imaging Properly position patients to obtain accurate diagnostic images Follow all radiation safety protocols, including the use of protective equipment and monitoring badges Maintain patient confidentiality and a clean, safe work environment Assist with documentation, image processing, and administrative support as needed Support teammates to help maintain efficient patient flow Communicate equipment or supply needs to leadership Why This Role: Stable, team-oriented medical environment Opportunity to work with experienced clinical leadership Meaningful patient interaction every day Great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on clinical work and teamwork If you’re an X-ray tech looking for a solid opportunity with a reputable local practice or know someone who may be a good fit, we’d love to connect.
