Job Description:
Job Description The ideal candidate will work at the Deaconess
IL Specialty Clinic (Family Clinic) in Mount Vernon, IL alongside
an existing team consisting of one (1) Family Medicine provider,
one (1) Pediatrics provider, and two (2) Advanced Practice
Providers (APPs). Office hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to
3:30 pm. In addition to competitive compensation, the position
comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including: Guaranteed
18-month base salary of $325,000 Competitive, productivity-based
compensation model (many providers exceed into the 90th percentile)
$2,000 Residency Stipend Up to $90,000 loan repayment Generous
sign-on bonus of $50,000 for 5-year or $36,000 for 3-year contract.
$15,000 relocation allowance Quality bonus up to 2.5% Key Benefits
