Join a traveling Physical Therapist assignment in Pensacola, FL,
providing home health physical therapy services across Escambia and

more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or
Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
approved by the APTA. Active Florida Physical Therapy license
required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC
may be required. Home health experience preferred, including
post-op joint care therapy. Proficiency with OASIS and Homecare
Homebase electronic medical record preferred. Ability to perform
and document comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and
treatments in patients' homes, per physician orders and regulatory
timelines. Experience supervising PT assistants and aides
preferred, consistent with state practice act. Client productivity
expectation: ability to meet 25–30 visit "points" per productivity
guidelines. Assignment Details Facility type: Home Health. Shift:
Evenings. Shift hours: 2000–0400. Shift pattern: 5x8. Service area:
Visits performed in patients' homes across Escambia and Santa Rosa
counties. Weekend requirement: availability for one weekend per
month for weekend PT admits. Must be proficient in Home Care
