Preferred Schedule: 7a-6pm Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri
Worksite Setting: Employee health clinic
Scope of Work: Primary Care for employees and dependents 7-10 ppd
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: 3 years of APP experience, BLS, DEA and State License
EMR: EPIC
Pay Rate: $80 an hour
