We Are Hiring RN Registered Nurse - Clinic - Medical Oncology - Full-Time - Day - Sacred Heart Medical Oncology Group Airport - Pensacola, FL Registered Nurse (Clinic) (Full-time) - Medical Oncology About Our Oncology Team: At Sacred Heart of Pensacola, Florida, we have an oncology team of specialists who practice to the highest standards of cancer treatment guided by research driven by MD Anderson Cancer Network, which is ranked by U.S. News and World Report as the nation's top cancer treatment center. The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is a research driven institute that selected Sacred Heart as an ally in the fight against cancer. This affiliation provides Sacred Heart cancer patients with the latest clinical care. MD Anderson Cancer Network constantly reviews standards and practices to ensure that high standards of care are met. Join this team of recognized dedicated healthcare professionals who change the lives of those suffering from cancer! Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30a - 5:00p, 40 hours/week. What you'll need: This high activity practice requires you to stay productive and be a team player. Good critical thinking skills and a personable disposition will go a long way in your success. What You Will Do: Oncology is one of the most rewarding fields in nursing! As our Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) in Medical Oncology, you will be proving care and support to patients who may be suffering from cancer or have the potential to develop it; and you will be working in a nationally recognized department! This position will be a Chemotherapy Infusion role.

• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. What You Will Need: Required Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider specializing in Basic Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education:
    • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
      • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Work Experience:
