We currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator II (Clinical Support Services Specialist II) at our Pensacola, FL office.



The HR Coordinator II (Clinical Support Services Specialist II) supports the Clinical Support Services team and the RSC team in providing contracting, new hire paperwork and clinician maintenance services to new hire and existing clinicians throughout their onboarding process with EVPS.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develops, delivers and adheres to standardized workflow policies and procedures for the onboarding process

* Provides support between Clinician, Recruiting, Operations, Credentialing, Legal, Benefits, etc. to assist with any questions/inquiries during the onboarding process

* Serves as the primary contact for the initiation of several processes to ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new hires and cross credentialing process for all existing clinicians

* Prepares contracts, amendments, addenda, memoranda and other legal documents utilizing pre-established templates

* Maintains the upkeep of the legal library document

* Reviews and confirms that all Contract Request Forms submitted through the system have all needed approvals to ensure timely and accurate execution of contracts

* Captures the tracking and trending data throughout the Onboarding process to provide reporting data for corporate reporting, including sending and tracking of all new hire paperwork and contracts

* Enters and maintains clinician information in both the applicant tracking system (EmWorks) and the HR system (Oracle)

* Verifies I-9 status for government compliance via E-verify

* Partners with other departments to facilitate start-ups and acquisitions as needed

* Participates in Kaizen sessions and supports delivery of projects that impact the department

* Other duties as assigned

* Reads and abides by the company s code of conduct, ethics statements, employee handbook(s), policies and procedures and other corporate mandates, including participation in mandatory training programs

* Reports any real or suspected violation of the corporate compliance program, company policies and procedures, harassment or other prohibited activities in accordance with the reporting policies of the company

* Obtains clarification of policy whenever necessary and may use the resources available through the Compliance, Human Resources or Legal Department to do so

QUALIFICATIONS

* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2 or more years of related experience

* Excellent organizational skills

* Strong Communicator and works well in an internal and external team environment

* Meet established production and quality goals/metrics

* Follow up in a timely manner on open items

* Able to effectively prioritize work on a daily basis in a very fast-paced and changing environment

* Analytical skills to ensure accuracy of all elements within the Onboarding process

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:

* Microsoft Office Suite

* Advanced PC skills

* Strong Internet research capabilities

* Experience training and delivering presentations using professional and polished written and verbal communication skills is highly preferred
