in Early Career HiringBasic Purpose The Recruiter III is
responsible for the development and maintenance of partnerships
with hiring leaders, candidate pools, and peer teams to deliver
candidates for NFCU's hiring needs. Consult, develop, and recommend
recruiting strategies to identify candidates and assemble a diverse
pipeline of talent for high level, complex positions. Serve as an
ambassador for NFCU by championing our culture and supporting
strategic enterprise objectives through attracting and hiring top
talent.Responsibilities*Lead full cycle recruiting of more complex,
high level professional roles, which may include hard to filland/or
technical positions, utilizing various recruitment methods*As
needed, assist with executive recruiting efforts to include full
cycle recruiting efforts for AVP and/or VP*Develop and implement
creative sourcing strategies to proactively identify active and
passive candidatesand assemble pipelines of talent for open
positions*Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process to
ensure adherence to compliance and legalbest practices*Partner with
internal and external partners to build new and enhance existing
community networks andrelationships in support of our military,
diversity, and early in career hiring requirements with
minimalguidance*Provide operational support of Talent Acquisition
initiatives including process improvements and projects*Provide
operational support on Talent Acquisition change management
efforts*Partner with key business and HR stakeholders to identify
gaps in hiring processes and work to implementrecruitment
solutions*On occasion, partner with Senior Recruiters and business
line leaders on workforce planning efforts, inorder to proactively
identify recruitment solutions*Leverage defined job descriptions,
develop compelling job postings descriptions to attract talent
andstrive to differentiate NFCU from our competitors*Consistently
provide solutions to problems and escalate as needed to Senior
Recruiters or leadership*Keep candidates continually informed with
consistent communication throughout the hiring process*Present and
negotiate competitive and occasionally complex, total compensation
packages incollaboration with Compensation & Benefits, while
maintaining a fiduciary responsibility to NFCU*Participate in
training new or developing team members*Serve as a trusted resource
to team members on process and policy questions and issues*Stay
abreast of and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and
industry laws, regulations, and guidelines*Serve as a process
subject matter expert as related to the role*Perform other duties
as assignedQualifications * Bachelor's Degree in a related field
and/or equivalent experience beyond the minimum requirement may be
substituted in lieu of a degree* Extensive experience in the full
spectrum of the recruiting life cycle and talent acquisition
process and related practices, regulations, and systems*
Demonstrates advanced understanding of recruitment methods and best
practices* Demonstrates advanced knowledge and application of
effective screening and interview techniques* Advanced knowledge
and use of sourcing tools, techniques, and technologies* Advanced
knowledge of compensation best practices as it relates to offer
generation* Intermediate skills in training teammates* Advanced
technology skills to include relevant recruitment software and
programs navigation* Extensive experience in building and
maintaining a strong pipeline of talent* Expert verbal and written
communication skills* Experience in leading collaborative work
teams* Expert skill interacting tactfully and effectively in
difficult situations* Advanced skill building effective
relationships through rapport, trust, diplomacy and tact* Advanced
skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound
decisions* Ability to work independently and in a team environment*
Effective skill to influence, negotiate and persuade to reach
agreeable exchange and positive outcomes* Advanced knowledge and
understanding of Title VII, Age Discrimination in Employment Act,

groups in a professional settingDesired Qualifications* Experience
in financial services and knowledge of bank processes and services
is preferred* Experience in recruitment efforts for a large scale,
national or international company* Significant experience
recruiting and sourcing for hard-to-fill, niche skill sets in
technology related fields* Experience navigating changing talent
market to solve recruiting challenges* Significant experience

hybrid! Our standard enterprise requirement for a hybrid schedule
is to report on-site 4-16 days each month. The number of days
reporting on-site will ultimately be determined by the employee's
leadership and business unit needs. You will learn more throughout
the hiring and on boarding process.Salary Range: $31.00 - $48.50
hourly (Level II) $74,400 - $127,200 annually (Level III)Navy
Federal Credit Union assesses market data to establish salary
ranges that enable us to remain competitive. You are paid within
the salary range, based on your experience, location and market
