A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead - Global
Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing talent acquisition
team
Establish recruitment and retention strategies using innovative
sourcing channels
Serve as a consultative thought partner to leadership to align
business needs with hiring objectives
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of experience mentoring colleagues on talent acquisition
best practices
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing
and closing for positions at all levels
Demonstrated track record of building successful relationships and
partnerships at all organizational levels
Knowledge of ADA, EEO, FMLA, Title VII, wage and hour laws, and
benefits
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, marketing, or
communications
