Job Description:

Our innovative government integrator client is seeking a highly motivated Field Service Technician to support ongoing operations and maintenance efforts for federal clients.Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen with an active Secret clearance.Responsibilities of the Field Service Technician:

• Install, maintain, and repair products: equipment, systems, and software
• Assemble, install, and configure systems and equipment in line with site assessments and schematics
• Test and verify hardware and support peripherals to ensure specifications and requirements are met
• Monitor equipment functioning and make necessary modifications to ensure system works in line with specifications
• Perform routine system maintenance and analysis
• Travel frequently to customer sites to perform duties Requirements of the Field Service Technician:
  • High school diploma or GED and Security+ certification required
  • At least 2 years of customer service or related experience
  • Strong knowledge of computer software and equipment
  • Ability to remain up to day on rapid advances in technology
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills
