implement and maintain new IT solutions, or changes/enhancements to
existing solutions that align with business initiatives and
corporate strategies.Responsibilities--- Conduct research and
analysis; make recommendations--- Analyze, define and document
requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and
operating systems environment, interface with other systems,
internal and external controls and output--- Design and code
application solutions; integrate changes to applications--- Develop
and maintain solution documentation--- Identifying business

training, education, and experience--- Experience in working with

knowledge of application development including determining,

designing, coding, debugging applications--- Advanced database and
presentation software skills--- Advanced organizational, planning
and time management skills--- Advanced skill analyzing and
organizing problems or work processes for technical solutions---
Advanced skill designing and deploying new, upgraded and/or
existing systems--- Advanced skill in systems analysis, workflow,
or procedural analysis--- Advanced skill troubleshooting and
resolving technical problems--- Advanced verbal and written

Advanced knowledge of Navy Federal Project Portfolio Management
(PPM) knowledge--- Three (3) to Five (5) years of advanced
experience/knowledge in Web Services, including: WSDL; SOAP/XML
based web services, RESTful web services--- Demonstrated experience
with Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration,
development, deployment and usage--- Working knowledge of Microsoft
Azure and Azure DevOps: Pipelines, Releases, Backlogs, Wiki--- High
skill to advanced experience/knowledge of software development best
practices in accordance with the ITIL , CMMI capability models and
Agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe )--- Experience with cloud
technologyHours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM (Employee may be
required to work outside normal hours during product

- $48.50 hourlyNavy Federal Credit Union assesses market data to
establish salary ranges that enable us to remain competitive. You
are paid within the salary range, based on your experience,
