Job Description:
A company is looking for a Scrum Master 2 to work remotely in
various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide the Scrum Team on using Scrum and agile methodologies to
deliver high-quality products and services
Coach and mentor team members to grow their agile skills and
mindset
Facilitate Scrum events, support PI Planning, and co-mentor the
Product Owner
Required Qualifications:
3+ years related experience with 1-3 years as a scrum master
Validated agile learning/credentials such as CSM, A-CSM, SA, PSM,
IC Agile
Experience with agile tracking tools such as ADO, Jira, VersionOne,
Rally
