We are currently seeking a dedicated Route Coverage Specialist to join our dynamic Transportation & Logistics team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth distribution and management of our uniform rental and facility services, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Provide reliable delivery and collection of uniforms, mats, mops, and other rental products, adhering closely to scheduled routes and timetables. Manage and maintain customer accounts on route, ensuring accurate delivery and inventory tracking. Build positive relationships with customers, addressing and resolving service issues and inquiries promptly. Operate company vehicles responsibly and maintain operational records, such as delivery logs and vehicle maintenance reports. Step in for regular route drivers during absences, ensuring consistent service and coverage. Implement feedback from customers to improve service and delivery processes. Adhere to all safety and compliance standards set by the company and regulatory bodies. Strong driving skills with a clean driving record Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Basic monetary and mathematical competence Competence with mobile devices and basic computer software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid driver’s license DOT certification or ability to obtain one upon hiring
